This tsukemen is characterized by its rich flavor, which is achieved by simmering the broth for three hours and concentrating the umami taste of pork bones and fish.You can choose between "rich sauce" and "spicy sauce" that uses chili peppers! We use medium-thin noodles from the famous Mikawaya Seimen so that the noodles can be mixed well with the soup. You can also add additional toppings such as "char siu", "menma", "kujo negi" and "seasoned egg" to your liking.
